Model 40-3BII Brick Extruder uses raw materials such as clay, shale, and gangue. First, the raw materials are crushed, ground, and mixed with an appropriate amount of water to form plastic materials. The materials are transported to the extruder hopper via a conveyor belt, and then enter the barrel under the rotational pushing of the screw shaft. The screw shaft inside the barrel further kneads and homogenizes the materials through extrusion and shearing actions, expels internal air, and forms the materials into dense clay strips. Driven by the thrust of the screw shaft, the clay strips move forward continuously, are extruded into brick blanks of the set shape through the head mold, and finally cut into individual brick blanks by the blank-cutting device.
