Working Principle
The YX-Type Liquid Mixer takes "power drive + stirring paddle dispersion" as its core and is suitable for mixing various liquid materials. During operation, the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through a reduction mechanism, and the dedicated stirring paddles (such as paddle-type, turbine-type) installed at the end of the main shaft rotate synchronously. When the stirring paddles rotate, they generate shearing, pushing and circulating effects on the liquid in the tank: on the one hand, they break the state of liquid stratification or uneven solid-liquid suspension; on the one hand, they promote full contact and integration of liquids with different components. For scenarios involving high-viscosity liquids or requiring rapid mixing, the blade angle and rotation speed of the stirring paddles can be flexibly adjusted to ensure that the liquid forms a stable and uniform mixture in a short time. After mixing, the mixture is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom.
