Working Principle
The horizontal color mixer takes a horizontally placed mixing drum as its main body, with bidirectional ribbon or paddle-type mixing components installed inside the drum. When the equipment operates, the mixing components rotate along the horizontal axis, and the bidirectional structure drives materials to move toward both ends or the middle along the drum wall respectively, forming horizontal circular convection. At the same time, the special angle design of the mixing components can drive materials to turn up and down, breaking the material accumulation state. Under the dual effects of horizontal circulation and vertical turning, materials of different colors and components continuously interpenetrate, collide and blend. Additionally, the smooth inner wall of the drum prevents material retention, ultimately achieving uniform color mixing.
