The LHY-Horizontal Ribbon Mixer takes double-layer ribbons as its core mixing components, with the inner and outer ribbons rotating in opposite directions. The outer ribbon pushes materials along the cylinder wall toward one end of the equipment, while the inner ribbon conveys materials toward the other end, forming a circular convection of materials inside the cylinder. At the same time, the spiral structure of the ribbons drives the materials to turn up and down, breaking the material accumulation state. This enables materials of different components to fully interpenetrate and blend in the continuous "circulation + turning" process. In addition, the smooth design of the cylinder's inner wall reduces material retention, and when combined with the full-coverage mixing of the ribbons, uniform mixing of materials is finally achieved.
Relying on the two-way circulation and turning effect of the ribbons, materials are mixed uniformly without easy stratification, making it suitable for scenarios requiring high mixing accuracy.
It can handle powder and granular materials, and also mix materials containing a small amount of liquid or slight viscosity, covering multiple industries such as chemical engineering, food, and building materials.
The horizontal structure has a stable center of gravity, resulting in low vibration during operation. The ribbons are made of wear-resistant materials, which reduce wear and extend the service life of the equipment.
The equipment has a simple structure, facilitating daily maintenance. There are no complex dead corners inside the cylinder after shutdown, making cleaning easy and reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
