Working Principle
The HZHS Series Rotary Color Mixer takes a 360° rotatable cylinder as its core working component. When the equipment operates, the cylinder rotates slowly around the horizontal axis. As the cylinder rotates, the materials inside are lifted to a certain height and then scatter freely due to gravity. During this process, the rotational movement of the cylinder constantly changes the relative positions of the materials, enabling materials of different colors and components to continuously collide, interpenetrate and blend. At the same time, the special flow guide rib structure inside the cylinder can further break up material agglomeration, guide the materials to form disordered rolling flow, and avoid local material retention. Finally, uniform color mixing and material blending are achieved.
