The MF-500 Disc-Type Pulverizer takes double grinding discs (fixed grinding disc and rotating grinding disc) as its core working components. When the equipment operates, the motor drives the rotating grinding disc to rotate at high speed. After the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber through the feed inlet, it is transported to the grinding area between the double grinding discs under the action of centrifugal force and gravity. The relative high-speed movement of the fixed grinding disc and the rotating grinding disc exerts strong extrusion, grinding and shearing effects on the material, gradually breaking and refining the material. At the same time, the air flow in the grinding chamber drives the refined powder to move towards the discharge outlet. During this process, the built-in classification structure can screen out the powder with qualified particle size to avoid the mixing of coarse particles, and finally output the finished powder with uniform particle size to meet the needs of subsequent processing.
Relying on the precise cooperation of the double grinding discs and the classification structure, the finished powder has uniform particle size, which can meet the processing scenarios with high requirements for fineness, and is suitable for material grinding in fields such as food, chemical industry and medicine.
