Working Principle
The SRL-Series Vertical Hot-Cold Mixing Unit adopts a dual-tank linked mode of "heating premixing + cooling setting". Materials first enter the vertical heating mixing tank, where high-speed stirring paddles (paddle type/screw type) generate strong shearing force. A heating medium is introduced into the interlayer of the tank wall, enabling the materials to be dispersed and mixed in a temperature-controllable environment while removing moisture or volatile components. After the heating process is completed, the materials automatically enter the vertical cooling mixing tank through a discharge valve. The low-speed stirring in the cooling tank prevents heat generation from friction, and a cooling medium is passed into the interlayer to quickly cool the materials to the temperature required by the process, while preventing caking. The entire process is controlled by a PLC control system to adjust parameters, ensuring stable operation.
