    Working Principle

    The large-diameter U-PVC extrusion production line uses U-PVC resin as the main raw material. First, the mixing system fully mixes the resin with additives such as stabilizers and plasticizers to form a uniform material mixture. Then the mixture is transported to the extruder, where it is heated, melted and plasticized in the extruder barrel to form a molten PVC melt. Driven by the thrust of the screw, the melt is continuously pushed to the mold, and the initial shape of the large-diameter pipe is formed through the specific cavity of the mold. Next, the formed pipe enters the cooling and shaping system, and is rapidly solidified and shaped by spray cooling or vacuum cooling. Finally, it is pulled at a constant speed by the tractor and cut into the set length by the cutting equipment, completing the continuous production of large-diameter U-PVC pipes.
