Traditional drying machines often fail to provide sufficient hot air penetration due to the static nature of the material during operation. This can lead to uneven heating, causing the material to clump and ultimately resulting in inadequate drying effects. Our innovative machine is designed with a two-stage spiral transport system. The first stage efficiently moves raw materials into the barrel, while the second stage quickly elevates and disperses them in an umbrella shape at the top of the barrel. This allows hot air to flow upward from the bottom, effectively penetrating the materials, ensuring dynamic drying with optimal heat exchange.
With continuously rolling material inside the barrel and a consistent flow of hot air, our machine facilitates synchronous mixing and drying, significantly reducing both time and energy costs. If drying is not necessary, you can easily switch off the drying function, enabling the machine to operate solely as a mixer. This versatility makes it ideal for blending granulated and powdered materials, perfect for various applications in different industries.
The entire construction, including the barrel body, spiral vanes, shaft, cylinder, support frame, and all components in contact with the raw materials, is made from high-quality stainless steel.
