Working Principle

The mixing dryer achieves dynamic drying through two-stage spiral rapid conveying. The first-stage spiral conveys raw materials into the barrel, while the second-stage spiral quickly lifts the raw materials to the top of the barrel, making them scatter in an umbrella-like shape. At the same time, hot air is blown around from the center of the barrel's bottom and penetrates the scattered raw materials upward.
