Working Principle
The single-screw extruder takes a single screw inside the barrel as its core working component. After materials enter the barrel through the feed inlet, they are conveyed forward along the inner wall of the barrel under the rotational pushing force of the screw. During this process, the heating device outside the barrel and the heat generated by the friction of the materials themselves work together, causing the materials to gradually melt and plasticize, forming uniform molten materials. At the same time, the extrusion force of the screw discharges air from the materials and exerts stable pressure on the molten materials. Finally, the molten materials are extruded from the specific die at the machine head, forming continuous products with preset shapes.
