Working Principle

The rotary valve (air lock valve) is driven by a motor to rotate its rotor, and the blades on the rotor form multiple independent sealed chambers with the housing. When materials enter the chambers from the upper hopper, they are carried to the lower outlet by the rotating rotor and discharged. During the conveying process, the precise fit between the rotor and the housing can effectively isolate the air pressure between the upper and lower parts. This not only ensures the continuous falling of materials but also prevents the reverse flow of air, thus realizing the dual functions of air sealing and material feeding. Its working process does not require additional seals, and a dynamic seal is formed by the mechanical structure itself, making it suitable for the conveying of powder and granular materials under positive or negative pressure conditions.
