Working Principle
Step 1: Mixing & Melting
First, the production line fully mixes plastic or wood-plastic raw materials with required additives. The mixed materials are sent to the extruder, where they are heated, melted and plasticized to form a uniform melt.
Step 2: Extrusion & Shaping
Driven by the thrust of the screw, the melt is pushed to the special mold for door and window profiles, forming the initial profile blank according to the shape of the mold cavity.
Step 3: Cooling & Cutting
The initial blank enters the cooling and shaping system to be quickly solidified and shaped, pulled at a constant speed by the tractor, and finally cut into specified lengths by the cutting equipment.
